 Returns are at client's expense

To request a return:

E-mail within 14 days from the delivery date to request a Return Number (R.N.). Please include your Name, Order Number , Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is size exchange, store credit or refund.

The returned product must be new, unused, in their box perfectly intact, every returned product not packed, with labels directly stuck on the box will be refused or will be the object of a 9€ restraint on the refund.

The customer will have to keep the proof of deposit of the parcel which will be put back to him by the carrier. In case of loss of the parcel, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit.
All the turned products (shoes, original packing, accessories, note ...) will have to be sent back perfectly intact.

Parcel must be checked by the customer in 14 days following their reception, the complaints will not be acceptable anymore beyond this deadline.

Upon receipt of the parcel, will judge the perfect state of the turned goods. No return will be accepted if the turned products were used apparently or damaged because of the customer and whom this use or this damage make products unfit for the sale. If the return is refused by, products will then have returned to the customer at the expense of without the customer can require any compensation or right for refund
The refund of returns will be made subject to the respect for these conditions of return, will proceed to the refund of products returned within 1 to 15 days following the reinstatement in stock of the goods.

The express or priority returns will not be accepted for the customers outside the EU, basalt will not accept any customs fees on returns
